RLID New Subscriber Account Request Form

New accounts will be activated at the beginning of the month following receipt of this form and payment of initial set-up fee. Download this form in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.

STEP 1: Determine subscription service (check one)

*Monthly rates may be adjusted during the initial 6 months, depending on actual usage. Rates will be reviewed annually thereafter and adjusted according to usage. Rates are also subject to change as new applications and content are brought online.

Standard RLID Applications: Property Search, Deeds & Records, Lane Maps, Eugene Lien Docket, Eugene Building Permits, Eugene Land Use Applications, Street Name Search, Tax Map Search, Taxlot History and Quick Look.
