"2009" COMMERCIAL COMPARABLE SALES are available! You can now access commercial sales records for property sales between 1999 and 2009.  A user may refine or "filter" by one or more search criteria to view the sales data.

VACANT LAND SALES now accessible in RLID!  Go to the "Comparable Sales" application and click on "Vacant Land Sales" to access the best available data refreshed weekly with an easy to use interface.  If you don't have access to this application, please contact Stacy Salladay at (541) 682-4495 or ssalladay@lcog.org for more information.

Search by number of Business Days.  You can now select by "Business Days".  In the "Document Time Frame" field you are able to filter records by selecting the number of business days you want to go back (5 max).

You can now buffer up to 3 miles in Comp Sales (urban/suburban). If you don't currently have Comp Sales in your subscription, contact support to add this valuable application tool.

Printing made easier!  The "Easy Map" in the Detailed Property Report (DPR) now has a "Print to PDF" option for snapshots of your property in either the detailed map or photo map view. Do a property search and go to the DPR, click the link below the inset maps to see the new feature.

Lien Search is now available in RLID.  Find the new application under the "Other Applications" menu item.

Searching Deeds and Records has been made easier with an enhancement rolled out on 11/2.  To specify the date(s) in your search, you can now select one of three options:

1. Single Date;
2. Date Range;
3. Year. 

Please contact RLID Help if you need help searching Deeds and Records with this new way of specifying dates.

• Fix mouseover tips in the property search results page (they didn't display in Internet Explorer)
• Added "Quick Links" jump links between the detailed , summary and image reports.
• Changed the detailed report maps section to be open by default (performance issue solved, so now will try loading the maps by default)
• Added back the "Print PDF options" icon to the detailed report.  This feature allowed you to choose the different sections in the report for print.
• New map options available in the "Print PDF options" icon in the detailed report.  You can now choose whether to print a large photo, detail or vicinity map or print the default inset maps (3 in a row)
• Added new application "Taxlot History (formerly AT Map)
