If your taxlot shows less than five digits, add leading zeroes until it is 5 digits. Example: if your map and taxlot number is 17 03 33 44 300, you should enter 1703334400300. If you have a Condo/Special Interest account (if there are 16 digits in your Map and Taxlot number): for best results search for these properties by account number.
