The REGIONAL LAND INFORMATION DATABASE (RLID) is the central resource for most land-based information in Lane County, Oregon. The system comprises a data warehouse of regional land information from city, county & state government agencies and other service districts. A suite of web-based applications allows users to view, query, analyze & map data and print customized reports.
August 29, 2010 was the last time RLID data was refreshed until after Tax Certification. This means that there will be no new sales data in the Property Search reports, and the residential comp sales app may not find the most recent sales during this time.
Keep in mind that we are still receiving daily loads of scanned images of recorded documents, which can be accessed through the Deeds & Records search.
At this time, tax certification is set for Thursday, October 7th. If all goes well, A&T weekly extracts will resume Sunday, October 10th.

RLID Passwords: In response to user feedback, commercial users are now only required to change their password every 6 months (rather than every 3 months). Please remember, you may only be logged in on one computer at a time and passwords are not allowed to be shared or given out to non-RLID subscribers.
